This policy governs tuition cancellations, cohort batch transfers, and examination re-sit guarantees. All terms are structured to ensure fair treatment while balancing the commitments made to faculty and external testing bodies.
1. Pre-Cohort Cancellation & Full Refunds
Candidates may cancel their enrollment and receive a 100% refund of tuition fees paid, provided written notice is received at procerttrainingsolutions@gmail.com at least 7 calendar days prior to the published cohort orientation date.
Refunds are processed to the original source of payment within 7 to 10 business days following written confirmation.
2. Mid-Cohort Non-Refundability
Once a cohort commences (defined as the start of Module 1 live instruction), or once personalized cloud sandbox credentials or external examination vouchers are allocated to the candidate's account, tuition fees become non-refundable.
Because faculty allocation, live laboratory compute capacity, and external voucher licenses are committed in advance, partial attendance does not qualify for pro-rated refunds.
3. Complimentary Batch Transfer Policy
We understand that unforeseen professional and personal commitments occur. Candidates experiencing scheduling conflicts are eligible for one complimentary batch transfer to a future scheduled cohort within 6 months.
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing prior to the completion of Module 2 of the active cohort. Subsequent transfer requests incur an administrative rescheduling fee of 15% of tuition.
4. The 100% Pass Assurance Guarantee
For programs designated under our Pass Assurance Program, candidates who satisfy eligibility criteria are entitled to a free re-sit examination voucher and 1:1 remediation coaching:
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Attend at least 85% of live virtual class hours for the enrolled program.
2. Complete all required hands-on sandbox lab assignments.
3. Achieve a score of 80% or higher on at least two official full-length diagnostic simulation examinations within 30 days of cohort conclusion.
4. Attempt the official vendor examination within 45 days of completing the cohort and submit the official score report indicating a non-passing result within 5 business days.
5. Course Cancellation by Pro Cert
In the rare event that Pro Cert cancels or postpones a scheduled cohort prior to launch, enrolled candidates will be offered the choice of an immediate 100% refund or priority placement in an alternative cohort schedule of their choice.
